JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in building business plans and sales targets
- Implement business plans, monitor and motivate the team
- Manage, train, guide and evaluate team performance
- Search, develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Directly participate in negotiating and signing important contracts
- Monitor, analyze market situation, competitor activities and propose improvement solutions
- Resolve issues arising during business operations within the scope of responsibility.
- Periodic and ad hoc reports to the Sales Director on business performance and results.
- Assist Sales Manager in other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Have at least 02 years of management experience in the business field, priority given to the construction materials, interior, and industrial wood panels industry with B2B model.
- Good management, guidance & training, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to plan, organize work and solve problems.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive and able to withstand work pressure."
