JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly search, approach, consult and sell products, complete assigned personal sales targets.
- Implement business plans and sales targets for each team member.
- Manage, supervise, urge and support team members to perform daily work
- Training, instructing sales skills and product knowledge for team members.
- Monitor each member's performance, provide feedback and plan for improvement.
- Support Sales staff in difficult situations, negotiate with important customers of the team.
- Build team spirit, motivate members.
- Collect market information, customer feedback and report to Sales Manager/Deputy Manager.
- Ensure team members comply with company policies and procedures.
- Report individual and group business results periodically to Sales Manager/Deputy Manager.
Job Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- At least 02 years of experience as a Sales Staff, especially successful in direct sales of construction materials, furniture, and industrial wood panels.
- Experience leading and managing small groups is an advantage.
- Good sales, negotiation and persuasion skills proven through practical results.
- Good communication, motivational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to guide, train and inspire a team.
- High sense of responsibility, exemplary, ready to "rush" with the team and new working methods.
- Ability to work effectively independently while managing a team.
